AutismMuskogee is an AutismOklahoma Connection Circle. Connection Circles are points of connection for persons with autism, their families and friends, autism service providers/organizations, and members of the community. AutismMuskogee is for people from Muskogee and surrounding areas.
Autism Muskogee is currently being supported by its local members through the FaceBook group page connection. Periodic family fun or training events will take place throughout the year. Join up on the FB page to find other families and to be alerted to local events.
DUE TO THE CURRENT SITUATION WITH COVID-19, all in-person Connection Circle meetings are cancelled. Please watch our Facebook page and website for upcoming announcements.
Interested in joining our AutismMuskogee.org group on Facebook? This is how many of our families communicate with one another and where they can share in a closed and secure environment. Additionally, this is also a great place to get advice from other families who are dealing with similar issues regarding Autism Spectrum Disorders. To join us on Facebook, just click here!
If you have an interest in an autism related topic, ask about our lending library! The library is available when we schedule face-to-face meetings. Materials can be checked out for 1 month and should be returned the following month.
Family Fun Night
AutismMuskogee.org provides periodic Family Fun Nights each year for families to socialize together. If you have suggestions, please let us know!
Our periodic face-to-face parent meetings allow parents, caregivers, and professionals the opportunity to get together and share experiences. We have a great time meeting about the trials and the successes of our loved ones with autism. Occasionally, we feature local experts on autism related topics with opportunities to share and ask questions. Watch our schedule of events to follow the status of these meetings.
