Art Lookout Submission « Autism Oklahoma

Call for Entries

Calling all Oklahoma based visual artists ages 10 and up on the autism spectrum disorder (ASD) spectrum!

Applications are now open for the Spectrum Lookout Artist Outreach. The outreach seeks to find artists on the spectrum that have not participated in AutismOklahoma (AO) art programming.

Selected artists will be considered for upcoming art shows, art classes, and other artist events. AO will NOT be selling copies of these images without the written permission of the artist.

Artists will submit images of their art online. Up to three images can be submitted. Art selected for upcoming shows will need to be delivered to the AutismOklahoma art studio. The studio is located at 7725 W. Reno, Suite 321; Oklahoma City, OK.

All art submissions should be at least 75% completed by the person on the spectrum, but up to 25% of the piece can be completed with the assistance of an art partner or art instructor.

Kinds of art accepted: visual art that is no larger than 36” by 36”, non-perishable, of a positive nature (dark art will not be appropriate for family-friendly display), Note: art will be observed by wide range of public, including children and so should be family-friendly. Art will be returned to the submitting artist after display.
