Join Our Team:
We’re seeking an Executive Director who embodies our core values and shares our passion for serving the autism community. In this role, you’ll lead strategic relationships with our largest funders while collaborating with our dedicated team to drive organizational growth and impact. As part of our supportive culture, you’ll work closely with staff, board members, volunteers and community leaders to navigate challenges, make informed decisions, and ensure the success of our programs and initiatives.
Qualifications and Challenges:
Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of autism, professional experience in nonprofit leadership, and a proven track record of building strong relationships with influencers in the state of Oklahoma. You’ll need to identify funding opportunities, develop effective systems for measuring outcomes, and adapt to the evolving needs of the autism community. While most of our team works remotely, this demanding role requires flexibility to travel within the state and attend events outside of typical working hours to effectively manage priorities and drive results.
