It is for girls and women to come together\, become motivated in the presence of others\, and share their voices. Mothers\, sisters\, daughters\, teachers and friends will leave the event ready to share their voice. DESCRIPTION:Join us on Thursday\, November 11th for MEET UP! And you have multiple options. \n\nOPTION #1:  We will have an ASD group facilitated by Dale Spoonemore.  Dale will be discussing the book “How to Win Friends and Influence People” and his experience on the ASD journey. \nDale Spoonemore is the owner and creator of Seed to Spoon\, a popular gardening app. Dale and his wife\, Carrie\, started Seed to Spoon to help people grow food.  He learned to code and started building the app in the fall of 2017 and it was released as version 1 in January\, 2018.  His app has over 700\,000 downloads. Dale has autism and is passionate about using his knowledge and lessons from his life and work with technology to make a positive impact on the world. \nOPTION #2:  Parent meeting with Beth DeGrace and Dee Blose.  We will have general discussion about supporting persons (adults) we love on the spectrum. \nDr. Beth DeGrace is an Occupational Therapist and on the board of AutismOklahoma. She believes  that how individuals and families spend their time gives meaning to life and is an important determinant of health/wellbeing.
