Meet Spencer. Spencer is a 8 year old boy with the typical non sleeping issues that many kids with autism have. Spencer does not like to sleep much less sleep on his own, he requires that human touch of someone next to him, but even more so he has a HUGE anxiety about sleeping in his own bed. So last summer Spencer's parents started reading books, trying all the typical methods recommended, medications and more to no avail. This summer they decided to start Boot Camp "Sleeping on your own" and do what it is going to take to give Spencer the confidence to master his room and eventually his own bed...hence the tent!!!
